Currently, we are only shipping products to addresses in the United States. We do accept orders from anywhere around the world for delivery within the U.S.

E-mail Confirmation on Orders
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email confirmation once the order is placed, if you provided a valid email address when you were checking out. The confirmation email lets you know that Dr. Yates Hair Science has received your order. You should keep this email for your records.

Am I able to change or cancel my order once I have placed it?

Shipping Rates/Options
When will be order be shipped?
Standard shipping and processing usually takes 5-7 business days from the time that your order is submitted. If you are looking for Overnight delivery or 2nd Day Delivery, it must be received by 1 p.m. on the day the product needs to ship out.
Can an order be shipped to a P.O. Box?
No, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
How much extra does priority shipping cost?
We do offer upgraded shipping options for our products. The extra cost will depend on the size of the order, where the product is being shipped to and which shipping method you have selected.

Keeping your order information safe and protected is Dr. Yates Hair Science number one priority. We protect your security for an online transaction by utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. If you are ordering from a computer that is shared by others, we suggest that you sign out of your account and close the browser after you have placed your order.

Sales tax will be calculated according to the address where the product is being shipped.
Returns
What is Dr. Yates Hair Science Return Policy?
If you wish to return a product that you were not fully satisfied with, you can return the product for merchandise credit or a refund. Refunds will be given in the method of original payment. Included with your return should be your name, address, phone number, a list of products being returned and the reason for the return.
Please note that it can take about 14 days for us to receive and process your return. A refund can be expected within 30 days of when we receive the returned product. You will be notified by email once we have received and processed your return.
